  2. Dehydrate the pork skin in the air fryer at 70°C (or approximately 158°F) for 30 minutes. In this step, we will dehydrate the skin with low heat.

  3. Turn the air fryer to a maximum heat of 230°C (or 446°F) for 10 minutes. This works because the skin is no longer carrying water. The skin will puff up and become golden brown. Monitor the pork carefully to prevent burning.
